Meet Robert!<br/><br/>Robert is a sweet and quiet guy looking for a nice home to settle down in! He started off his life as a stray cat, so much of his past is unknown. He has so much love to give! Robert loves to cuddle and rub up against you! He may be shy at first, but once he trusts you, he’ll be your best friend! Robert enjoys a quiet place to nap and you will usually find him in a corner asleep during the day. He loves other cats and would do well with friends! Robert would need a patient loving home to be his best self! He enjoys making muffins with his paws and wet food. <br/><br/>Robert is FIV+. FIV is a feline immunodeficiency virus that is only transmitted through deep bite wounds. Since Robert is very gentle with other cats this is not a concern at this time and Robert can live with non FIV cats! Robert currently is in another home with FIV negative cats and does amazing! <br/><br/>Cats with FIV live normal life spans with proper care. The most common issues we see with FIV cats are dental needs as they age (like many other “normal” cats). Inquire for more info about Robert! He’s a great guy!

Tubby Tabby Rescue's Adoption Policy
All potential adopters are required to fill out an adoption application and be screened prior to adopting a cat from Tubby Tabby. The rescue has the right to refuse adoption any time during the process if warranted. We are a foster-based animal rescue, which means we do not operate out of a traditional shelter or kennel facility. Instead, all of our cats live in private homes with loving foster families until they are adopted. This approach allows our animals to receive personalized care in a home environment, helping them adjust better and show their true personalities. Because we are not a physical shelter, we do not have a central location where all of our animals can be visited. Each foster home has its own schedule and responsibilities, and visits must be arranged in advance to respect their time and home space.
