Meet River!<br/><br/>River is a playful, energetic little guy who's always on the move. He loves to run, explore, and investigate everything around him, making every day an adventure. Once he's gotten his energy out, he's happy to curl up in a warm lap for some quiet time.<br/><br/>River isn't the biggest fan of being picked up and prefers to come to you on his own terms. Give him a little patience, and he'll reward you with affection when he's ready. His favorite toy is a wand toy, and if you have one, you'll quickly become his best friend. He also never says no to treats!<br/><br/>While River can get a little wild during playtime, he's always very gentle with people. Because he's an active, social kitten, he'll need a young feline friend to wrestle, play, and grow up with. Must have consent of all household adults before adopting.<br/><br/>**Speed up the adoption process by informing your vet/references/landlord that a volunteer will be in touch.<br/><br/>**Our organization is a 501C3 Nonprofit. Volunteers are working hard to run your application but please be patient with our responses!<br/><br/>**Please note that applications received while vets offices/rental offices are closed, cannot be processed until open business hours.
