Rita is a beautiful tabby girl, a bit on the curvy side. She is a bit shy and likes to keep to herself; although she along fine with her furry roommates. Rita will do best in a quiet home with no children or dogs. Since she is shy, Rita needs a patient person who can give her the time she needs to get comfortable in a new environment. Furkids houses over 1.000 rescue cats and dogs in our rescue program. Once you have located the animal you would like to adopt (online or through a PetSmart/Petco adoption center), the first step towards adopting is to fill out an adoption application at www.furkids.org. Our volunteers work hard to respond to all adoption applications or inquiries within 72 hours.
