Riley is a special girl!! She came to us as a young kitten, very fearful and withdrawn. But as they say, "still waters run deep," and slowly her sweet and playful personality has come through. Now 7 months old, she has just returned from her holiday foster home and they report that she warms up quickly, purrs and makes a lot of biscuits! She will sleep with you ( if you want!) She loves to chase feathers on a wand to the point she wears herself out! She will meow at you when she wants extra petting and attention. She is not a fan of being picked up, but with time, love and patience she will probably allow that one day, too. Energetic younger children will likely be too much for her, but she will love having older, cat-savvy kids to play with!
