To be considered as an adopter you must:  • Be 21 years of age or older and have current identification showing your age and present address.  • Be willing and able to provide loving attention, medical care, and life-time stability for a animal.  • Pay our adoption service fee.  • Understand that the Rebels Rescue reserves the right to deny any adoption application.  Pet Supermarket South Tampa Adoption Event every other Saturday 10a - 3p
