Retina

Retina is a tiny tornado with endless energy and the sweetest little personality! This girl is always on the move, chasing string toys, pouncing on feather toys (with supervision!), wrestling with her feline (and even Canine!) friends, and bouncing around like a tiny kangaroo. If something looks fun, Retina is ALL in.

But for all that energy, Retina has a serious soft side, too. She loves snuggling in bed with her humans, making biscuits and drooling with happiness before curling up and falling sound asleep. She really just wants to be wherever her people are, and she’s happiest when she can be part of the action.

Retina is now about 4 months old and is looking for a family who can keep up with her playful, curious personality. She is FeLV/FIV negative, vaccinated, dewormed, and will be spayed prior to adoption.

Retina was rescued from a hoarding situation in Bridgeport alongside her siblings and cousins. Sadly, not every kitten made it out. When Retina came into our care, she was suffering from a severe upper respiratory infection that led to corneal ulcers. Thankfully, she received the treatment she needed before any permanent damage could occur. She does have a small amount of residual corneal scarring, but her vision is completely normal and her eyes don't slow her down one bit!

Retina has been raised around dogs, cats, and guinea pigs and would fit well into just about any home that's ready for the energy, chaos, cuddles, and entertainment that come with a kitten like her. She's equal parts tiny tornado and total cuddlebug and she's ready to find her forever people.
