Rebar is a sweet and sensitive girl. She had a rough start to life but nothing has gotten in the way of her love of snuggles. She often seeks out her foster when she is feeling sleepy so she can sit on a lap. Sometimes she isn't entirely ready for bed yet and will turn your lap into a wrestling match with her siblings before she eventually settles down.
