My name is Ray Ray, born June 1, 2021, and I’m a gentle soul bursting with love just waiting to share it with you.<br/><br/>I may start off a bit shy, quietly observing my surroundings with thoughtful eyes. But once I realize pets and gentle scratches are on the horizon, I quickly warm up and seek your affection in my own respectful way. I’m never demanding—I prefer to patiently wait for the perfect moment to nudge my foster parents for attention. I adore being petted all over, especially when you scratch my chin—it’s my absolute favorite spot.<br/><br/>With my gentle demeanor, I treat everyone around me with kindness. I’m food-motivated and always eager to earn a tasty reward. I get along beautifully with other cats, and once I’m comfortable, I show my affection with sweet headbutts and by weaving my body close to theirs, often entwining tails in a loving embrace. My best friend Henray and I are inseparable—we love to rub against each other, headbutt, and share quiet moments of companionship.<br/><br/>I’m also good with dogs, though I haven’t met children yet. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted.<br/><br/>Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet.<br/><br/>Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.<br/><br/>No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.<br/><br/>We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.
