RAVEN's Story

I was surrendered to the shelter, pregnant. It was not my first litter. Sadly, the kittens died at birth, except for one. I was attentive to him. Watched over him protectively. He has been adopted. I am now able to find my own forever home.<br/>If you are looking for a mature single cat, I am looking for a quiet, cat experienced home. One where I will have my own toys and be able to sit quietly watching the outside activity from my favorite window. I prefer to be the only pet in the home. I am 5 years old. Taunton Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

**PLEASE CALL AHEAD FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET PETS AT THE SHELTER. 508-822-1463** Adopt a "best friend" for life! Please remember that dogs and cats of all ages need and deserve happiness, love, and a home. In return, they will love you unconditionally for all of your years together. We adopt to New England Residents only and require current/past veterinarian references. An application is REQUIRED to adopt an animal. Vet references will be checked, as well as references for those who rent. Adoption of an animal will be based on APPROVED applications only. We do not accept debit/credit cards. Payment must be check or money order with proper ID or cash. If submitting an application for a dog, please email it to rdanielczyk@taunton-ma.gov or gasman6637@icloud.com Dogs are $200.00 and cats are $165.00 (kittens up to 6 months are $185.00). This price includes the spay/neuter, rabies shot, and other required vaccinations.
