Raven's Story

Available 10/24 Just in time -

In partnership with PetSmart, we’re hosting a HUGE CLEAR THE CAGES ADOPTION EVENT this weekend!!!
A total of 29 amazing kitties at the South Reno and Spanish Springs PetSmarts.

You can meet -

Selena is the beautiful, sleek mama of this perfect litter. Selena is barely 1 year old herself. She was abandoned in a motel, pregnant. A wonderful lady named Amber took her in and she had her kittens soon after on August 21st. Selena is an absolutely WONDERFUL cat. She enjoys being held, she is extremely patient, and is very loving. When she came into our rescue, she had a mammary infection that required multiple ‘band-aid changes’ daily so that she was comfortable when her kittens nursed and she was an angel and SO patient for these changes. She has taken the best care of her kittens and is ready for a loving home of her own. Her foster dad absolutely loves her and would keep her if their family didn’t already have 6 cats - she is truly lovely kitty.

Her kittens are 2 months old -

Grimm is the all black male kitten of the litter. He is the most independent of the litter. Grimm does enjoy attention - he just seeks it out a little bit less than some of his siblings. He plays hard and sleeps hard and enjoys climbing and wrestling with his siblings.

Raven is the female black and white runt of the litter. Even though she may be the smallest, her personality is HUGE. Even at barely 2 weeks old, she was ready to take on the world. Because of her size, she needed supplemental bottle feeding for a while - as soon as her foster mom would come in, she would throw herself toward her and scream. She knows what she wants and she isn’t afraid to get it. She still always greets her foster parents. Raven is very spunky - she is always climbing, playing, and demanding attention. She loves to be kissed.

Velma is the black and white fluffy female of the litter. She is quite the beautiful little kitten! She is similar to Grimm - slightly less outgoing than her siblings, but still just as playful and funny.

ADOPTED
Ghost (the Grey and white kitten) and Bram (the black with the most white on his face) have amazing homes already lined up for them.

All of the kittens are ridiculously playful and happy. They eat well, love all toys, and use their litterbox without issue.

If you are interested in adopting her or any other kitty available through Feral at Heart, please continue scrolling down past the How To Adopt section to the Feral at Heart Mission section.

Once there, click Adoption Policy, then click Adoption Application, fill out the form and submit.

Thank you for considering a Feral at Heart adoption.

Sweet Selena and her 5 kittens were spayed and neutered with help from the Round Up Program @Your Local Pet Station. Thank you Pet Station for helping us and other small rescues in the area.

#yourlocalpetstation
