Raven's Story

Meet Raven!
This absolutely tiny girl is somehow also incredibly strong and resilient. The only survivor of 3 litters of kittens with panleukopenia, she was one of the smallest from the start but just kept holding on! She has fully recovered and should have no long-term effects other than being the absolute sweetest baby and incredibly easy to handle. She will also likely have a lifelong immunity to panleuk, though regular FVRCP vaccinations are still recommended since that protects for other viruses as well.

Raven is extremely friendly and outgoing, she loves people and will run up to say hi the moment you walk in the room. She loves to be held (when shes not in full play mode), and will demand lap time for any and all naps! We're not sure if she even knows how to sleep if shes not being held by a person or cuddled by another kitten.

When shes not sleepy, Raven is also very playful! Being so small, she just bounces around the room like a tiny little sprite and its incredibly cute and entertaining! She does not hold back at all, her zoomies can be heard from rooms away and will go on for hours! Anything and everything is a toy! With her energy levels she should be in a home with another kitten to play with. While she does grump about meeting new kittens, she makes friends quickly once she realizes she can play with them and is usually cuddling them within a day. If youre looking for 2, she is good friends with Natasha and Mitzi, though none of them are inseparably bonded.

All cats and kittens adopted through Friends of Felines are spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on FVRCP vaccinations and rabies shots (if old enough).

See our adoption process below:

1) Fill out the adoption application at https://friendsofelines.org/adopt
2) Meet with the cat in their foster home
3) If you and the cat are a match then we will set a take home date 1-7 days after the meeting depending on schedules.
