Raspberry & Rufus have been through more than their fair share—but you’d never know it from the love they’re ready to give.<br/><br/>At around 5 years old, this bonded pair was first found together in the woods, looking out for each other. After being rescued, cared for, and adopted, life didn’t turn out as it should have for them. Through no fault of their own, they were returned after experiencing neglect. Despite it all, their gentle spirits have remained intact.<br/><br/>Raspberry, with her soft heart and even softer curves, is on a journey back to health after living in a space that didn’t allow her to thrive. She’s already feeling better after some recent vet care and is making great progress. Rufus has been her steady companion through it all—the calm to her comfort, always close by her side.<br/><br/>These two are incredibly sweet, but they’ll need a patient, understanding home where they can truly settle in and feel safe again.
