Like his sister, his fur also feels like velvet!<br/>Rascal is obsessed with his poofs balls. The first thing he does every morning is look for them with his foster mom. We are a small completely volunteer foster based cat rescue in Perth East, Ontario and area. We help cats who need us and treat them as our own pets which includes complete and UTD vet care. We cant save them all but the ones we do will know true love and dedication from day 1 onward.
