Randi's Story

Meet Randi (aka “Randi-Lion”) 🌻🦁

Gingers are known for being some of the biggest lovers and Randi is no exception. This incredibly sweet girl was found in Randolph, WI, (hence the name Randi) simply wanting to be let into someone’s home. While we may never know what she’s been through, what we do know is how far she’s come.

Thanks to the compassionate care of Randi's wonderful foster, the dedicated team at UW Veterinary Care, and the support of generous donors and volunteers, Randi is healing beautifully and ready for her forever home.

Randi came to rescue with injuries to her head and eye. As a result, her right eyelid doesn’t fully close due to scar tissue, though she appears to have vision. She also lost the tips of her ears due to frostbite and has a small kink in her tail but none of this slows her down or dims her spirit.

What truly defines Randi is her loving nature. Whether she is rubbing up against your legs or leisurely lying beside you while making the sweetest, slow “biscuits.” She adores being combed and will happily soak up the attention. She’s content on her own but also appears to do well around other cats. Randi has embraced the housecat lifestyle and shows her gratitude every single day.

Don’t let her appearance fool you, this girl has a heart of gold and so much love to give. If you’re looking for a gentle, resilient companion who will reward you with endless purrs and affection, Randi is your girl.

Randi is now fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, FIV and FeLV negative, and ready for a furever family of her own.

If you are interested in adopting Randi, please complete the adoption application below 🧡

https://airtable.com/appORyt7en5g7OnBP/shr8EN7ftrkQZ4rzu
