Ramona absolutely blossomed in foster, and it’s evident that she’s a wonderful feline with so much love to give!<br/><br/>Ramona enjoyed taking a few weeks to become comfortable in her foster home, so an adopter who will give her this time to adjust and feel safe is what she dreams of. She loves head and ear scratches, enjoyed the company of other cats, and will contently lay by your side. Ramona has shown that when given time, she loves human attention and affection. As she is an older gal, Ramona will be best in a quiet home, without young children. She would just appreciate a more laid-back setting. Her amazing foster will love to share how Ramona was in her home with potential adopters!<br/><br/>Ramona also qualifies for the Senior for Seniors program in which the adoption fee is waived for humans over the age of 60. It’s a wonderful way to fall in love with one of our “slightly” older feline friends!<br/><br/>All cats receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, and spayed/neutered. Cats over 3 months of age are microchipped and FIV/feline leukemia tested. <br/><br/>No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are done on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will not be accepted in advance and will be filled out at the shelter upon adoption. We want you to meet the purrrrfect feline for you and your lifestyle! FAPL is open Tuesdays-Saturdays from 11am-6:30pm. Sundays 12:00-3:00pm. Closed to the public Mondays. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. <br/><br/>Upon adoption, all cats must go home in a carrier. You may bring one of your own or purchase one from FAPL for a small fee. Please remember, the carrier cannot be opened until safely within your home.
