One by One does NOT adopt to free roaming outdoor homes.... One by One only adopts within a 50 mile radius of the shelter... Adoption fees are NOT negotiable... Application can be denied for any reason not meeting One by One standards. We want every home to be the RIGHT home for both our cats and the adopter.
