Ragu is a very special young male tabby with a story that speaks to his incredible resilience and gentle heart. Once injured at the hands of a human, he suffered two fractures in his lower jaw that led to a severe bone infection (osteomyelitis). Despite the pain and long recovery-including relearning how to eat solid food-Ragu never lost his sweet, trusting nature. He spent weeks healing in foster care, learning to trust people again, and he's now fully recovered and ready to find a loving home. <br/><br/>Ragu is playful and social. He loves the company of other cats and dogs and truly needs a home with other friendly cats to play with. He's respectful when he plays-not overly dominant-and thrives on companionship.
