What my friends at ACC say about me:<br/>My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!<br/>I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.<br/>Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy!<br/>I am a cat that is in need of a lap! I can't wait to be your new lap cat.<br/>I am finding the shelter a little overwhelming, but when it's just you and me and some peace and quiet you'll see what a love bug I am.<br/><br/>My Foster writes: Racquette is a lovely little lady who expresses her affection by sitting near you and rolling over to show you her belly. Some of her favorite activities include: batting around a crinkle toy, active play with cat pole toys, munching on some cat grass, staring out the window, and napping the day away. Racquette is very curious about the outside world and will spend most of the day in the screen house or gazing out the bay window. Racquette might need some time to get used to new places and tends runs away when approached, though she has never hissed or scratched. When she does ask for pets, she is okay with being pet anywhere but especially loves chin and butt scratches. She gets very excited and chatty during meal times and loves her churus though is not as big a fan of dry treats or temptations.<br/>Racquette is a wonderful and easy to care for cat.
