Rachel came to us as a tiny kitten about 21⁄2 years ago, unsure of the world and with very little trust in people. It took patience and time for her to realize that she was safe and that no one here would hurt her.<br/><br/>Today, Rachel has blossomed into a sweet, gentle girl who truly enjoys pets and attention from the people she trusts. Once she feels comfortable, her loving personality shines through. The Kitty Cottage Sanctuary's Adoption Policy
We ask potential adopters to submit an interest form from our website. Then we reach out, via email, to inquire about their lifestyle and living situation. If they seem like they could provide a safe and healthy environment for a cat, they are invited to schedule an appointment to visit The Cottage. Once a cat is chosen and our staff feels that it is a good match for both, they can fill out the adoption form and bring their new family member home.
