Quimby's Story

Meet Quimby! He is the only boy in his litter and also the most shy, which means he's still learning the art of being a cat and building his confidence along the way. What he does know for sure? He loves playtime, especially wrestling with his sisters. He gets the zoomies better than anyone and delights in pouncing on his littermates during their games.
Treats are still a bit of a mystery to him, and he'll need an adopter who appreciates the time and patience it takes for a timid kitten to realize how wonderful kisses, pets, and human affection can be. He's making progress every day, but he'll thrive with a slow, gentle approach.
Quimby would do best in a home without small children and would benefit from having a friendly, social cat to show him the ropes. Even better, if you're looking for double the sweetness, consider adopting Quimby with one of his sisters... he absolutely shines with a confident companion by his side.

Estimated DOB is April 24, 2026.

---
All of our kittens are currently in Foster Homes. They are not at our facility. Adoption counselors can arrange for you to meet the kittens once your application is approved. Kittens will be pre-adopted pending spay/neuter and may not be available for a few weeks.
Deposits will only be accepted once an application has been approved and meetings have taken place.
Deposits made PRIOR to approval are not refundable and will NOT hold a kitty for you. Kittens through 6 months $125 or 2 for $200; Kitties over 6 months $100 or 2 for $150.
---
Our Adoptable Kittens ARE NOT FERAL. We take them from the streets at a young age, and some are feral at the time of rescue. However, we spend many hours taming, socializing, and acclimating them to indoor life as a pet cat. They are currently friendly, healthy, and playful kittens who are just waiting for their special someone to take them home. All of our kittens are spayed or neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV, vaccinated against Distemper, and treated for fleas and other parasites.
---
Adoption App:
http://www.focusonferals.org/adopt/adoption-application/
