My name is Quiche and I'm a 9 month old Female Domestic Shorthair currently living at the Santa Barbara Campus, eager for a new home!<br/><br/>Just like my namesake, I'm the total package: warm, comforting, a little fancy, and guaranteed to make your day better! I'm a kitty with a big personality and an even bigger heart. If you're looking for a best friend who's always ready to greet you, soak up pets, and be involved in whatever you're doing, then you've found your perfect recipe. I'm super friendly, confident, and never shy about asking for affection. In fact, if there were an Olympic event for getting pets, I'd be bringing home the gold medal. Even though I'm growing up, I've still got plenty of that playful kitten energy. Toys? Love them. Chasing imaginary gremlins across the living room? A personal favorite. Zoomies? Freshly baked and served daily. I do have something called FIV, which means I need a little extra care to stay healthy. Stress can make me more vulnerable to getting sick, so I'd do best as the only cat in a calm, loving home where I can be your one and only furry entree. The good news? I've got more than enough love, cuddles, and entertainment to fill the whole menu myself. If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate companion with equal parts cuddle and play, I think we'd make a pretty delicious match!<br/><br/>Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed. Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted, I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Hills Science Diet will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.<br/><br/>Need some supplies?
