Quetzal's Story

Meet Quetzal!

Born at the end of February 2026, Quetzal is a stunning dilute tortoiseshell tabby kitten with plenty of charm and personality. This sweet and sassy girl loves being around people and is happiest when she’s part of whatever you’re doing. Whether you’re cleaning, cooking, or working around the house, Quetzal will be right there beside you, supervising and “helping” every step of the way.

Quetzal is affectionate and loves to cuddle, making her the perfect balance of playful and loving. She does wonderfully with school-aged children and can tolerate dogs, as long as they respect her space and don’t chase her. She’s also very social with other cats and kittens and spends much of her time playing chase, wrestling, and zooming around with her feline friends.

Because she thrives with companionship, Quetzal would do best in a home with another young cat or kitten. She’s especially fond of her older foster buddy, Trash Panda, and while they are not bonded, they would be thrilled to find a forever home together.

If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate kitten with a little sass and a lot of love to give, Quetzal may be the perfect addition to your family!

Adopting a cat from our rescue includes several important health services. The adoption fee of $175 per kitten covers spay/neuter, FIV/FeLV testing, and age-appropriate vaccinations to ensure the health and well-being of the cat.
