Queenie's Story

Queenie is a gorgeous black polydactyl kitty who was an excellent mama cat for her two babies. They were both adopted, and now it's her turn. As usual, the mama cats are chosen last

Queenie is a calm, docile, mellow cat who would thrive in a home who is going to give her a chance to get comfy. She loves people, kids, and other cats. However, she is very shy at first. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body and is so sweet. However, as you can imagine a lot of people won't look past the fact that she won't run up to you when she first meets you.

Friends of Normie's Adoption Policy
We start with an application. If the application is approved, we then call the applicant. We do a phone interview that lasts anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour. If another phone call is needed, we may do multiple. If those two steps go well, we then do a home check and then a supply check to make sure the applicant meets our standards of care. If an applicant passes those steps, we then will set up a meet and greet and see how the applicant does with that kitty. If that step goes well, they are then cleared for adoption and are able to take the kitty home in a carrier (not cardboard box).
