Meet Queenie
Flown out of harm’s way, this girl is truly a Queen! Queenie, originally from Florida, came to Pittsburgh in 2018 with a crew of other cats who sent here to help make space for other animals in need during Hurricane Michael. After all of the change, Queenie has been spending time in a foster home adjusting to her new life. Queenie is ready for a new kingdom and looking for a castle of her own!
Queenie is an independent lady who enjoys spending time on the couch with her servants... err… foster family. Although she may be a little reserved at first, once you have her trust, she will be your forever friend and show her affection with sweet little meows and endless purrs. Queenie is about 9 years old and still has a weakness for catnip toys! As the ruler of the house and lover of all attention, Queenie prefers to be the only cat. She has never been around dogs; however, with a mellow laid back one, she might allow it on her royal court.
