Quartzy

Quartzy has been making wonderful progress in his foster home. Every morning he patiently waits for his foster to open the bedroom door, greeting the day with his chatty personality. During the day he comes and goes from the bedroom as he pleases, and in the evenings he’s more likely to join his foster on the couch for some quiet company.<br/><br/><br/>He’s doing very well with the dog, Maddie. The two have even gone nose-to-nose to sniff each other and then calmly gone their separate ways, showing that Quartzy isn’t bothered by her presence.<br/><br/><br/>The home is usually pretty quiet, so when visitors come by and things get a bit noisier, Quartzy can still be a little tentative. While he’s made great progress, he does have some lingering nervousness and would likely do best in a calm home with no young children where he can continue to build confidence at his own pace.<br/><br/><br/>Once he feels safe and comfortable, Quartzy is a very affectionate and sweet cat who enjoys being close to his person.
