He’s around 8–10 months old, a chill, mushy black kitty with the coolest, fluffiest tail—white tip and all! ??<br/><br/>Q-tip’s been the best “foster uncle” to all the cats and kittens here, but after struggling on the streets of Chicago, he deserves a home of his own. He’s fully vetted, gets along with pretty much everyone, and has the sweetest personality.<br/><br/>If anyone can foster or adopt this amazing boy, please reach out—he needs out of his cage and into a home! <br/>Must be adapted into a home with another playful cat
