Purretha Franklin helped raise her three kittens, first in a finder's home, then the last several weeks in a Home Fur Good foster home. She is now ready to be on her own and earn a little Respect for her hard work! (yes, that's a nod to the song by the great Aretha Franklin). Purretha is about 3 years old, a pretty brown Tabby, who has worked at being comfortable around people. We are happy to report she continues to make great strides, allowing pets from those who approach her slowly. The shelter is understandably stressful for many animals so allowing them to set their own time frame for being comfortable is the way to go. Same for when Purretha goes home - slow and easy wins the race to a secure and happy cat.<br/> Purretha's adoption fee of $100 includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FELV, microchipping, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital.
