Meet Pumpernickel:<br/><br/>Pumpernickel is a 2 year old tabby who has been through so much since coming into our care!<br/><br/>So, on first introduction she is a shy girl (sometimes even a hiss still pops out when she is unsure) BUT she blossoms with affection and then happily accepts chin scratches and pets! She affectionately rolls and stretches with patience and kindness. <br/><br/>Once she feels safe, she enjoys quiet affection. Loud noises definitely trigger her to get spooked. So a quiet home would be best for her!<br/>She's the type of cat who forms strong bonds and becomes a loyal companion. Pumpernickel would do wonderfully in a calm, understanding home where she can feel secure and loved. <br/><br/>Her foster parent thinks she would do amazing in a home with another cat as she shows such positive interest in meeting their kitty.
