Pugsley's Story

Meet Pugsley
A glow up for the ages.
Last September, Pugsley was one of the crustiest kittens we had ever seen when he landed on the Dallas Animal Services euthanasia list with severe ringworm and limited resources for the care he needed. With only hours to spare, Orphan Annie's tagged him safe and our community stepped up with transport and support.
The road was long, but look at him now. Pugsley is completely ringworm free and ready to start his next chapter in a forever home.
This white bibbed gray tabby is cat, dog, and kid approved. He is super affectionate and very food motivated, which makes him both easy to love and easy to train. He has big, soft paws and ridiculously soft fur, and he loves nothing more than being close to his people.
Whether you are folding laundry, doing dishes, or relaxing on the couch, Pugsley will be right there, happily keeping you company and soaking up attention.
Pugsley is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, fully litter box trained, and unfazed by nail trims. At night, he would love nothing more than to curl up near you and be your personal little bed buddy.
If your home is ready for a loyal, loving, and endlessly affectionate companion, Pugsley is ready to fill that space in your heart.

Orphan Annie's Neonatal Rescue's Adoption Policy
Potential Adopters must first submit a written application. A member of our team does a preliminary check of the application for any red flags such as pet allergies or no permission to have pets with renters. We then call references, vet practices for insight on the potential adopter. We determine if the animal they are interested in will be a good fit for their life and their environment. We then set up in person meet and greets. We do not do same day adoptions at adoption events. We must have time to properly evaluate the application. We do not do meet and greets without an approved adopter. If the meet goes well, and the animal is fixed, microchipped, vaccinated, and healthy, they can take the animal after fee is paid and contract is signed.
