Puff's Story
Hi!!! My name is Puff.
And yes… I really am just one tiny little puff ball.

I came from a mobile home park in Faribault near Walmart where there were way too many cats and not nearly enough homes. Nobody meant for it to happen… but when cats aren’t spayed and neutered, the numbers grow FAST. Before long, there were kittens everywhere… including me.

When I first arrived at the sanctuary, I was a feisty little fluff. Tiny… spicy… and very suspicious of humans. I didn’t know if people could be trusted yet. Life had taught me to be careful.

But then something strange happened.
The humans kept bringing me food. They talked softly to me. They gave me warm beds. And they kept telling me I was cute. Which, honestly… they were correct.

With patience, love, and many bowls of soup, I started learning that being loved is actually pretty wonderful. Now I enjoy pets, attention, and hanging out with my people. I’m still playful and goofy, but underneath all this floof is a sweet little guy who just wanted to feel safe.

I LOVE toys.
I LOVE other cats.
I LOVE zooming on the cat wheel like a tiny black tornado.
And when playtime is over? I’m happiest snuggled up with another kitty for a nap.
Because of that, I need to go to a home with another friendly cat… or be adopted with a kitty friend. Kittens do best in pairs, and I really love having a buddy to wrestle, cuddle, and cause harmless chaos with.

Oh… and I should probably confess something… I absolutely love my soup. A little too much. Sometimes I get so excited that I accidentally wear the soup instead of eating it gracefully. What can I say? Fine dining is hard when you’re this cute.

You can come meet me daily from 1–5pm. I’ll probably be the tiny fluffy black cloud zooming around the cat room… or the one with soup on his face.

My new perfect family NEEDS to understand that it WILL take me a while to adjust at first and I WILL hide as I settle in. Give me time, patience, and use food as a tool to get me out of my shell — I really am a wonderful cat.

I am fully vetted: neutered, microchipped, FIV & FeLV negative, treated for fleas/ticks/and intestinal parasites, and up-to-date on all my vaccinations: distemper, rabies, and FeLV. I require an indoor-only home and, as with all cats — absolutely no declawing.

If you are interested in adopting Puff, please come visit… we are open daily from 1-5pm (including holidays)… we need to meet you in person! If you have any questions, feel free to email us at info@furballcats.com or message us on Facebook: Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary.
