Through such a heartbreaking change, Priss has remained incredibly gentle, affectionate, and trusting. She's ready to find someone to love all over again.<br/><br/>Priss enjoys the simple things in life-a sunny window, a cozy blanket, and a lap to curl up in at the end of the day. She has a calm, easygoing personality that makes her the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loyal feline friend.<br/><br/>Priss is FeLV positive (Feline Leukemia Virus). She is currently healthy and doesn't let it slow her down one bit, but because FeLV can be passed to other cats, she'll need to be the only cat in the home or live with other FeLV-positive cats. With regular veterinary care, many FeLV-positive cats enjoy happy, loving lives for years.<br/><br/>After losing everything familiar, Priss deserves the chance to know what home feels like again. If you're looking for a sweet companion who will happily keep you company through quiet mornings, movie nights, and everyday life, Priss is waiting to meet you.<br/><br/>Noah's Arc Animal Rescue is a nonprofit animal rescue serving East Tennessee since 1991. We are committed to rescuing homeless dogs and cats, providing the medical care they need, and helping them find loving, lifelong homes.<br/><br/>Our pets are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick prevention, dewormed, and examined by a veterinarian. Dogs are heartworm tested, and cats are FIV/FeLV tested when age appropriate.<br/><br/>The adoption fee helps cover a portion of this veterinary care and allows us to continue rescuing animals in need. Completing an application does not obligate you to adopt. If your application is a good match for Priss-or another pet in our care-a volunteer will contact you as soon as possible.<br/><br/>Noah's Arc Animal Rescue is volunteer-operated, and our shelter is not open to the public. Meet-and-greets are scheduled by appointment after an approved application.
