What is Little Boo Rescue of Ohio’s adoption process?

To adopt through Little Boo Rescue, we ask that you start by completing our adoption application. Once this has been received, we will contact the applicant within 24-48 hours via email to schedule a virtual home visit and adoption interview. During this virtual call, we will review your application, ask questions about owning a cat and their behaviors, as well as walk through the applicant's space. After this we will contact the applicant's personal references and a vet reference (if applicable). Once we have completed these steps we will review the information and either approve or deny the applicant. If approved, the family can proceed with meeting the cat or kittens they are interested in and set up the adoption. **Applicants MUST be 21 years of age or older to be considered for adoption.
