What is Valley Oak SPCA’s adoption process?

Valley Oak SPCA is a No Kill Rescue and Vet Clinic. We are committed to rescuing pets and placing them into loving homes where they will receive life-long companionship and the love they deserve. Sharing life with a rescue pet is a rewarding experience for both person and pet. In addition to animals being available for adoption at our main Adoption Center in Visalia, CA, we also have cats 24/7 and dogs during some weekends at PetSmart (Visalia, Santa Barbara, Goleta, & Ventura), and various mobile pet adoption events throughout the state.   Adoption fees vary depending on pet and location. Dog Fee includes: Spay or neuter Microchip DHLPP vaccination Rabies vaccination Bordetella Vaccination Flea treatment & Dewormer Wellness veterinary exam Cat Fee includes: Spay or neuter Microchip FVRCP vaccination Rabies vaccination Flea treatment & Dewormer Wellness veterinary exam
