Our Mission

LICKS in conjunction with SCARLI mission is : To control the feral cat population by providing TNR services. We find appropriate homes for any cats/kittens that can be placed and spay/neuter those that can not be placed. Our goal is to control the overpopulation of stray/feral cats in our community.
