Our Mission
SCARNY (Second Chance Animal Rescue, Inc.) a NYS registered rescue, is proud to affiliate with SCARLI & LICKS to facilitate adoptions. We are not-for-profit, no-kill cat rescues whose mission is to reduce Long Island's homeless cat population through rescue, rehabilitation, adoption, and tnr.
