It's not easily spread, it requires deep bite wounds to transmit, so FIV+ cats often live peacefully with FIV-negative cats in low-stress homes.<br/><br/> Portobello is incredibly sweet beneath his cautious exterior -- and when he feels safe, he'll let that softness shine.
