Meet Porky! Porky is a 2 month old male orange tabby kitten. Porky was rescued alone in Jersey City has a neonate and was raised and bottle fed by humans. Porky is very used to humans and is now interested in getting to know other cats. Porky loves cuddling up with his humans. He is very playful and makes anything a toy, including humans arms. He is still learning boundaries and can be mouthy. Therefore, Porky must be adopted with another kitten or in a home with a resident cat so he can further develop his social skills! Porkys ideal future adopter would help him learn human hands are not toys and assist in his development Adopt this cutie with another kitten from our rescue, or into a home with another young furry playmate. We are very happy to help you find your next catpanion, please fill out our adoption application below to get started. The next step in the process will be a home visit or a video call, during which we will be looking to assess if the environment is safe to receive a cat. Some things we are looking for: - Windows in every room are secured to prevent the cats escaping. - Is the home ready to receive the kitty: litter box, food & water bowl areas, cat food available, etc. - Are there other pets that could potentially cause harm to the kitty? If other pets are present, they must all be fully vetted (Spayed/Neutered and Vaccinations up-to-date) This is not a 1-step process, we want to make sure the adoption is a purrfect match for everyone involved. All adoptions will incur an adoption fee: $200-$250 Your fee covers all vetting: Vaccinations, Deworming, Flea treatments, Neuter/Spaying, microchipping, etc.
