It was winter, and he was sitting directly under a pouring eavestrough, soaking wet (which is why he was called Popsicle). Since coming into the rescue, his condition has greatly improved, and he is now ready to find his forever home!<br/><br/>This joyful chap loves being around people as well as other cats! He's very outgoing, a bit of a chatterbox, and is often spotted playing a game of swat, swat, tag with his kitty friends. Popsicle has made many pals in the time that he's been with the rescue, but he's not shy to push them aside when it comes to wet food time! Popsicle is a confident cat who likes to lounge around in cat beds and up high on cat trees to observe his kingdom below.<br/><br/>Popsicle will have to go to a home with at least one outgoing furry friend, as he clearly loves to socialize with others. Though untested with dogs, this orange ball of love does enjoy being around kids, and will happily greet anybody and everybody that crosses his path.
