Meet Popeye, the one-eyed heart-stealer with a wild side. Popeye came to us as a stray on 11-30-2025 at only four weeks old, barely a pound, with his eye coming out of its socket. We rushed this tiny orange-and-white fighter to Loving Touch Animal Hospital, where he was nurtured, and loved back to health. His eye healed on its own, leaving him with a permanent wink, because of course this little guy was born to charm. Now 10 weeks old, Popeye has two speeds:Sweet snuggly biscuit-maker who melts into your arms... and energetic mischief-maker still learning that teeth aren’t a love language. A work in progress with excellent potential.After 45 days in LTAH’s care, Popeye is neutered, microchipped, healthy, and ready for adoption. Because he’s neutered, there are no geographic adoption restrictions. Popeye started life with one eye and zero advantages. Now he has one wink, a big personality, and a whole lot of love to give.
