Popcorn's Story

Meet Popcorn!

Looking for a kitten who's as sweet as he is unique? Then Popcorn might just be your perfect match!

This adorable little guy came to us alongside his two sisters and patiently waited his turn to get all of his veterinary care completed. Now that he's ready for adoption, he's been busy making new kitten friends and showing everyone just how lovable he is.

Popcorn is an incredibly affectionate boy who enjoys attention and doesn't let anything slow him down. It is suspected that he has a condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), more commonly known as Wobbly Cat Syndrome. CH occurs when the cerebellum-the part of the brain responsible for balance and coordination-doesn't fully develop before birth. The condition is not contagious, not painful, and does not get worse over time. Cats with CH can live long, happy, and healthy lives; they simply move through the world a little differently.

For Popcorn, this means you'll often see him wobble as he walks or occasionally plop right onto his little bottom while he's exploring or playing. He may be a bit clumsy, but that certainly doesn't stop him! He loves to play with toys, make new kitten friends, and soak up all the affection he can get. His determination and happy spirit are truly inspiring.

Because of his wobbles, Popcorn can sometimes make a bit of a mess in his litter box and may need a little extra help keeping things tidy. He'll thrive in a home that understands his unique needs and is happy to provide a little extra patience and care. In return, he'll reward you with endless love, laughter, and one of the sweetest personalities you'll ever meet.

If you're looking for a truly special companion who will fill your home with joy and remind you every day that differences make us extraordinary, Popcorn is ready to wobble his way right into your heart.

FMAR felines are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated for age-appropriate shots, and negative for FIV/FeLV.
