Popcorn's Story
**Meet Popcorn Nacho!**

His foster family calls him **Nacho**, but you can find this sweet boy through CNWH as **Popcorn**!

Popcorn is a **5-month-old purr machine**! In fact, every time hes been to the vet, his heartbeat has been difficult to detect because he purrs so loudly.

Popcorn has seen the vet a few times because he is believed to have **feline herpesvirus (FHV)**. This is extremely common in cats, with more than 90% carrying the virus. Popcorn, unfortunately, has experienced more flare-ups than typical. His flare-ups usually include some eye discharge and sneezing.

The important thing to know? **None of this stops Popcorn from being Popcorn.** He eats, plays, uses his litterbox, and lives life to the fullest! While FHV can be contagious, Popcorn has lived with three other cats who have shown no symptoms. Its believed their stronger immune systems have helped protect them, and were hopeful Popcorns flare-ups will become less frequent as he grows.

Now for the REALLY good stuff...

Popcorn would be happy in a home **with or without other cats**. Hes pretty ambivalent about his foster brother and sister. What he *does* require is a **human to snuggle!**

His foster family describes him as **malleable** — basically, you can pick him up, carry him around, tuck him into a hoodie pocket, or position him just about any way you want, and hes perfectly happy... **as long as hes touching his human.**

Popcorn Nacho is one incredibly sweet little boy who deserves the very best life possible. If youre looking for a loving, cuddly companion who will happily be your personal purring machine, **Popcorn may be your guy!**

**Fill out an adoption application for Popcorn today through CNWH!**

Please share and help Popcorn find the loving forever home he deserves!

https://www.coldnosewarmheart.org/apply-now.html
