Ponyo's Story

Meet Ponyo, the spirited little tabby who lives up to her magical name! At approximately 3.5 months old, she’s playful, curious, and full of wonder. Born on the West Side of Chicago to a stray mama rescued by a Good Samaritan, Ponyo was brought into our rescue early November and has been adored ever since.<br/>She loves human touch and her purr motor switches on instantly. Ponyo would be thrilled to be adopted with one of her siblings—or into a home with another young feline friend to explore, snuggle, and grow with.

CARF: The Critical Animal Relief Foundation's Adoption Policy

We are a foster based rescue so most of our animals are living in different foster homes in the Chicago area, All kittens are either adopted in pairs or to a home with an age appropriate cat buddy (8 and younger usually). Some kittens are only adopted with a bonded buddy. There are some single adults that can be adopted as a single. Adoptions fees cover spay/neuter, vaccines to date, microchipping, deworming and whatever medical care that was required before adoption. Most kittens will need at least one more vaccine booster shortly after adoption (some need two) and a rabies vaccine. Adoption Fees: Kitten pair - $300 Single kitten - $175 Single adult - $150 Please email us at carfadoptions@gmail.com if interested in adopting. Our adoption fee for cats is $150, kittens is $175 each and $300.00 for a pair of kittens.
