Pascal is a charming, active young boy who has blossomed since his rescue. He started out as the shy guy of his litter, but in a short time has grown into a curious and affectionate companion who loves being part of the action. <br/><br/>Pascal is a typical energetic youngster who loves to play hard, explore, and then crash for a nap before waking up and doing it all over again! He is only chatty when he wants something and will hide with loud noises or when he is afraid. He lumbers like a bear cub and has a very short tail that he will try to wrap around your legs when he wants something, plus his airplane ears are a natural reaction to just about anything that is going on! He likes to collect his favorite toys in piles on the floor and loves to sample everyone's meals (other cats and humans – he loves cheese).<br/><br/>He is truly a cat’s cat who loves his foster siblings and cat toys including wand/fishing rods, tunnels, catnip kicker toys, ping pong balls, and furry mice. Pascal hasn’t been introduced to dogs but is adaptable and could likely adjust to a calm one. He also hasn’t met children, but his playful nature suggests he would do well with older children (he is still learning that hands are not toys!)<br/><br/>With people, Pascal is sweet but not clingy. He tends to seek out attention and affection from the other cats in the home first, then turns to his human companions. He enjoys affection and likes being near his humans, often following them from room to room, but is not a lap cat nor enjoys being picked up for long periods. His mornings consist of joining his foster human and feline sister in bed for cuddles each day - he is a reliable companion who likes a routine.<br/><br/>Pascal is learning the command "come" but will always stop a few feet away, even when treats are offered! He likes to be in charge.<br/><br/>Pascal is approximately 6 months old, and needs to go to a home with another young cat to be his friend. He is Fiv/FeLV negative, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed.
