Pixie's Story

Meet Pixie — A tiny, talkative little survivor

When she first came home, she was off the streets — underweight, injured, a fragile little fluff-ball with the softest meow. Now? She’s absolutely thriving. Her coat has grown in beautifully soft and extra fluffy, her eyes sparkle, and she’s got the cutest little bounce in her step.

Pixie has blossomed into an incredibly friendly and affectionate companion. She loves being around people and is always ready to soak up attention, leaning into pets and asking for more with her sweet, gentle nature.

She has a tiny cleft in her lip, which only adds to her unique charm and doesn’t slow her down or affect her health at all — especially during food time. That’s when she becomes a full-on chatterbox, meowing her opinions loudly until her bowl is filled.

And pets? Always yes — and then some. Her goodnight and good morning routine includes curling up on your chest, purring herself to sleep, or snuggling right next to you just to be close.

Pixie follows her foster everywhere — to the couch, the kitchen, even the bathroom (she believes in full companionship). When her foster is working, she happily climbs into their lap to “help.” And when she senses someone might be sad or hurt, she gently kneads biscuits like she’s trying to make everything better.

She may be a little shy at first with new people or busy environments, but her naturally friendly, loving personality shines through quickly. Give her a little time (and maybe a treat), and she’ll become your shadow.

This is the kind of cat who doesn’t just live with you — she chooses you every single day.

Pixie is fully vetted and ready to go home: Spayed/Neutered, Vaccinated for Rabies & FVRCP, Tested negative for FIV/FeLV, Microchipped, Flea and Parasite free.

If you are interested in meeting this sweetheart, submit an application in our website, and get to know them better by checking out our adoptions album https://www.findyourcatpanion.org/our-adoptables/adopt-a-cat

Purrfect Catpanion's Adoption Policy
We are very happy to help you find your next catpanion, please fill out our adoption application below to get started. The next step in the process will be a home visit or a video call, during which we will be looking to assess if the environment is safe to receive a cat. Some things we are looking for: - Windows in every room are secured to prevent the cats escaping. - Is the home ready to receive the kitty: litter box, food & water bowl areas, cat food available, etc. - Are there other pets that could potentially cause harm to the kitty? If other pets are present, they must all be fully vetted (Spayed/Neutered and Vaccinations up-to-date) This is not a 1-step process, we want to make sure the adoption is a purrfect match for everyone involved. All adoptions will incur an adoption fee: $200-$250 Your fee covers all vetting: Vaccinations, Deworming, Flea treatments, Neuter/Spaying, microchipping, etc.
