Pixel's Story

Meet Pixel!

Pixel is a shy and gentle girl who is looking for a calm, patient home where she can truly blossom. New environments and unfamiliar faces can make her a little nervous at first, so she'll need a family willing to give her the time and space she needs to adjust at her own pace.
Pixel has lived with both cats and dogs before and has done well with them, making her a great candidate for a multi-pet household. She may be a bit reserved when visitors come over, preferring to observe from a safe spot, but once she feels comfortable, her true personality shines.
When Pixel warms up, she transforms into a lovable lap cat who enjoys being close to her people. She's also quite the chatterbox and will happily "talk" to you while showing off her playful side.
Pixel is not bonded with Banit, but they get along and could go home together if you're looking to welcome two companions into your life.

If you're ready to give a sweet, shy girl the patience and love she deserves, Pixel may be the perfect addition to your home.

Cheyenne Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
As Wyoming’s largest animal adoption agency, CAS has the widest selections of cats and dogs, rabbits, small mammals and more in Wyoming. Visit our shelter today, or visit Adoptable Cats, Adoptable Dogs or Working Cats to view pictures and profiles of all pets in need of homes! Visit our website to see available animals or visit the adoptable animals at the Cheyenne Animal Shelter. We have three large dog adoption rooms, “cat alley” and critter space. While visiting the Cheyenne Animal Shelter, a CAS adoption counselor will help you find the pet who is the best match for your family and lifestyle. Once you find your match, a Cheyenne Animal Shelter staff person will begin the adoption process, which often takes as little as an hour. Once you have reviewed all adoption paperwork, you’ll pay the adoption fee. Then, you’re ready to take home your new furry family member.
