Meet Pistol!

Pistol is a 1-year-old kitty who earned her name honestly—she's got a feisty, independent spirit! While she isn't the type of cat who wants to be held or showered with affection, she's full of personality and marches to the beat of her own drum.

Pistol was rescued as a very young nursing kitten alongside her mama after they were found living outside an apartment building. Thanks to being rescued, she now has the chance to find a safe, permanent home where she can be appreciated for exactly who she is.

This girl prefers her independence and isn't looking to be a lap cat. She's happiest when she's allowed to do her own thing and doesn't ask for much from her people other than a safe place to call home, regular meals, and respect for her space.

Because of her independent nature, Pistol would make an excellent barn cat, shop cat, or indoor/outdoor working cat where she can enjoy having a job while still being cared for. She would also do well with someone who appreciates a cat that doesn't demand constant attention.

Pistol is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped and is ready to find the home that fits her unique personality. If you're looking for a self-sufficient feline companion with plenty of spunk, Pistol just might be your perfect match.
