Pirate's Story

Pirate is a 4–5 month old kitten with a heart as big as her curiosity. This sweet girl may be a little shy when you first meet her, but give her a day or two and she’ll be ready to claim you as her new best friend. Once she feels safe, her affectionate side really shines! She loves snuggles and will even gently nibble or grab your hand to let you know she’s not quite done with cuddle time.

Pirate is wonderfully social and does well with other cats and cat-friendly dogs. She’s also a good fit for homes with children ages 6 and up, as long as they are gentle and respectful with animals. She has excellent litter box manners and enjoys her scratching posts and cat trees like a pro.

When it’s time to rest, Pirate prefers cozy, tucked-away spots where she can feel secure, like boxes, little nooks, or soft hideaways. While she’s not a big fan of being carried just yet, her trusting and loving nature suggests she may grow more comfortable with it over time.

She’s easygoing when it comes to meals, happily enjoying both dry and wet food. With her mix of sweetness, playfulness, and gentle spirit, Pirate is ready to bring warmth and companionship to a loving home.

She is located in South Florida, but will travel wherever for her forever home!

PS. She has a story that tells of her name! Inquire to find out more about this sweet, lucky girl!
