PIPER-ready late July's Story

Piper was rescued two weekends ago when her fosters found her in a busy area in Graham, NC, and in danger of being hit by a car. They scooped her up and reached out to me. I told them we didn't have a foster and that they would have to foster her. No problem. She's about to turn 8 weeks old soon. She's not yet 2 lbs. apply to be pre-approved to adopt in late July at the earliest after she's been vetted.
