Piper Bea's Story
Piper Bea<br/>The interviewer lady (IL), one of my biggest fans, has a few words to say about my adoption potential. She always says I’m an adorable, friendly cat who loves being petted and scratched, and thinks I deserve a loving forever home. Please listen: I am a 10-year-old, female orange tabby DSH with an outstanding personality. I am playful and love string toys and laser pointers. I love it when you pay attention to me because I am extremely affectionate. I seek people out for pets and scratches. I greet strangers with friendly curiosity. I’ve lived happily with a 10-year-old child. I am skilled at using cardboard scratchers or posts for my mani-pedi needs. I have spent some time in a foster home, and my foster mom said I did great—very friendly, relaxed, and happy to run around the house, lie on her lap, and always use my litter box without fail! The IL can attest to my affectionate nature, having interviewed me on multiple occasions. The thing that really gets her steamed up is the fact that I have been adopted and returned to the HSHC four times, which can give a girl an inferiority complex. Volunteers and staff alike are puzzled that a sweet, gentle kitty like me is still waiting. I’m a favorite of everyone I meet. I just need an understanding owner who will introduce me properly to their home. Senior ladies like me thrive with a calm, predictable routine. Cuddles + naps + some playtime = a very happy Piper Bea! Let’s find me a permanent address! 5-6-26
