After the loss of her owner, she is understandably a bit nervous in the shelter and is still adjusting to all the changes in her life.<br/><br/>Though shy at first, Pinterest is warming up nicely and becoming more curious each day. She enjoys gentle pets and attention and is starting to seek out the people who are kind to her. As her confidence grows, so does her interest in exploring her surroundings.<br/><br/>Pinterest has lived with dogs, other cats, and children in the past and has experience sharing her home with a variety of companions. With a little patience and understanding, this lovely girl is sure to make a wonderful and affectionate addition to her new family.<br/><br/>Once she feels comfortable, Pinterest's sweet and inquisitive nature begins to shine. She enjoys quietly investigating what's going on around her and is learning that new people can be friends. She would love a home where she can settle in at her own pace and be appreciated for the wonderful cat she is.<br/><br/>At the Humane Society of Midland County, all animals adopted will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations prior to an adoption. Dogs over 6 months of age will be heartworm tested, and any dog with a positive test will receive treatment at No Appointment Needed to Meet Adoptable Animals! <br/>We have open adoption hours, and walk-ins are always welcome! While filling out an application lets us know you're interested in adopting, it does not hold an animal, and applications are not required to meet the available animals. We do highly recommend and may require you to bring any dogs that reside in the same household, or that will be around commonly if you are meeting a new dog companion. <br/><br/>Want to Know if Im Still Available? <br/>Call the shelter at (989)-835-1877 to confirm my availability.
